The journal publishes rigorous theoretical, empirical, and policy-oriented research that addresses contemporary challenges, particularly within emerging markets and developing economies. To maintain a sharp editorial focus and provide profound insights for academia and industry, IJEBE strictly concentrates its publications within four specific domains. First, <strong>Inclusive and Sustainable Entrepreneurship</strong>, which examines the dynamics of new venture creation, family and indigenous businesses, gender roles, e-entrepreneurship, and social entrepreneurship aimed at achieving economic resilience. Second, <strong>Applied Economics and Financial Systems</strong>, exploring macroeconomic and microeconomic policies, public economics, and the integration of robust finance and banking mechanisms to support entrepreneurial growth. Third, <strong>Strategic Management and Ethical Business</strong>, highlighting organizational behavior, marketing dynamics, knowledge management, and the crucial role of business ethics, including the development of Islamic and Shari’ah-compliant business models. Fourth, <strong>Accounting and Information Systems</strong>, which encompasses corporate, managerial, and public sector accounting, auditing practices, and the utilization of accounting information systems to ensure corporate governance and transparency. Through this highly focused scope, IJEBE bridges the gap between academic theory and practical solutions for a sustainable and ethical economic future.</p> </div> </div> <div style="text-align: center; border-top: 1px solid #eee; padding-top: 20px;"> <p style="font-weight: bold; margin-bottom: 15px; color: #555;">IJEBE is indexed and/or available catalog in:</p> <div style="display: flex; flex-wrap: wrap; justify-content: center; gap: 15px;"><a href="https://scholar.google.com/citations?hl=id&amp;user=rzCZH8cAAAAJ" target="_blank" rel="noopener"><img style="height: 35px;" src="https://ijebe.feb.unila.ac.id/public/site/images/admin/Google_Scholar.png" alt="Google Scholar"></a> <a href="https://garuda.kemdiktisaintek.go.id/journal/view/22708" target="_blank" rel="noopener"><img style="height: 35px;" src="https://ijebe.feb.unila.ac.id/public/site/images/admin/garuda111.png" alt="Garuda"></a> <a href="https://search.crossref.org/?q=+2615-6873" target="_blank" rel="noopener"><img style="height: 35px;" src="https://ijebe.feb.unila.ac.id/public/site/images/admin/doi.jpg" alt="DOI"></a> <a href="https://www.base-search.net/Search/Results?type=all&amp;lookfor=ijebe.feb.unila.ac.id" target="_blank" rel="noopener"><img style="height: 35px;" src="https://ijebe.feb.unila.ac.id/public/site/images/admin/base_index_new1.png" alt="BASE"></a> <a href="https://app.dimensions.ai/discover/publication?search_mode=content&amp;or_facet_source_title=jour.1320936" target="_blank" rel="noopener"><img style="height: 35px;" src="https://ijebe.feb.unila.ac.id/public/site/images/admin/dimension_index_new_rev2.jpg" alt="Dimensions"></a> <a href="https://www.worldcat.org/search?q=n2%3A2615-6873" target="_blank" rel="noopener"><img style="height: 35px;" src="https://ijebe.feb.unila.ac.id/public/site/images/admin/WorldCat_LogoFEB.png" alt="Worldcat"></a> <a href="https://sinta.kemdiktisaintek.go.id/journals/profile/13668" target="_blank" rel="noopener"> <img style="height: 35px;" src="https://ijebe.feb.unila.ac.id/public/site/images/admin/wroad.png"><img style="height: 35px;" src="https://ijebe.feb.unila.ac.id/public/site/images/admin/sinta_kecil.jpg" alt="Sinta"> </a></div> </div> </div> <div style="background-color: #f1f1f1; text-align: center; padding: 10px; font-size: 11px; color: #777;">© Faculty of Economics and Business, University of Lampung</div> FEB - Universitas Lampung en-US International Journal of Economics, Business, and Entrepreneurship 2615-6873 <p><a href="https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-nc/4.0/" rel="license"><img src="https://i.creativecommons.org/l/by-nc/4.0/88x31.png" alt="Creative Commons License"></a></p> <p>This work is licensed under a&nbsp;<a href="https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-nc/4.0/" rel="license">Creative Commons Attribution-NonCommercial 4.0 International License</a>.</p> The The Influence of Industrial Psychology, Workload, and Work Environment on Productivity: A Case Study of Gen Z in Jakarta https://ijebe.feb.unila.ac.id/index.php/ijebe/article/view/462 <p>As the latest demographic to join the modern labor market, Generation Z displays unique traits and professional expectations. This study examines how industrial psychology, workload, and the work environment affect the productivity of Generation Z workers in Jakarta. Utilizing a quantitative methodology, empirical evidence was gathered via questionnaires compiled from 100 Generation Z employees throughout the Jakarta region. The collected data were subsequently evaluated through Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) using SmartPLS. The empirical findings demonstrate that industrial psychology, workload, and work environment collectively exert a significant impact on the productivity of Generation Z staff in Jakarta. On an individual level, both industrial psychology and workload variables show a significant partial influence on overall productivity. Conversely, the work environment does not demonstrate a statistically significant effect on the productivity of Generation Z employees within this area. These outcomes imply that enterprises should prioritize psychological well-being and manageable workloads to maximize the efficiency of younger talents.</p> Arif Murti Rozamuri Nauma Sari Simangunsong Mega Bagus Herlambang Copyright (c) 2026 Arif Murti Rozamuri, Nauma Sari Simangunsong, Mega Bagus Herlambang https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-nc/4.0 2026-08-29 2026-08-29 9 2 104 116 10.23960/ijebe.v9i2.462
